Want to cancel or change your order?

Our VeyesBeauty customer service team is here to help.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us at sales@veyesbeauty.com within 24 hours of placing your order AND before the order status changes to “Shipped.
  • Our customer service team is available during business hours: 1:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Mon - Fri (UTC).
  • Requests received outside these hours will be reviewed on the next business day. Please note that if your order has already been packed and shipped by the time we process your request, we won’t be able to cancel it.

What if the order has already been shipped?

If your order has already been shipped and can no longer be canceled, you can:
  • Try to refuse the delivery with your local carrier.
  • If refusing delivery isn’t possible, please contact us at sales@veyesbeauty.com once you receive the package to arrange a return.
Please note that return shipping costs will be born by customers.

Received the wrong or damaged product?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, email us at sales@veyesbeauty.com within 10 days with photos of the items. We will check the details with our team and send a replacement or the correct product for free.

How to return items?

  • Pls contact sales@veyesbeauty.com within 30 days after receiving your order.
  • Returns are only accepted for USA customers back to our USA warehouse.
  • Return goods must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Photos must be provided before shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Note: Returns will not be accepted for orders received more than 30 days from the delivery date.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product. Please email us at sales@veyesbeauty.com to request an exchange.

If you urgently need a replacement, you can place a new order. Once the defective item is returned, we will issue a full refund for the replacement order.

Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account and contact your credit card company (processing may take time).
  2. If still unresolved, email us at sales@veyesbeauty.com
