What are Cluster Lashes & How to get better lash longevity
Cluster lashes, also known as cluster extensions or cluster eyelash extensions, are a type of semi-permanent eyelash enhancement technique. Unlike individual eyelash extensions, where a single synthetic lash is attached to each natural eyelash, Veyesbeauty cluster lashes consist of multiple synthetic lashes grouped together and attached to a single natural lash.
Cluster lashes are a quick and convenient way to achieve a fuller and more dramatic eyelash look, as they add volume and length to the natural lashes. They are often used for special occasions or events, such as weddings, parties, or photoshoots, where a bold lash look is desired.
The duration of how long cluster lashes last can vary depending on several factors:
-
Maintenance: Cluster lashes are considered semi-permanent, but they do not last as long as individual eyelash extensions. With proper care and maintenance, they can last anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. However, they may begin to fall out gradually during this period.
-
Natural Lash Growth: The lifespan of cluster lashes is influenced by the natural growth cycle of your eyelashes. Natural lashes have a growth phase, a resting phase, and a shedding phase. As your natural lashes shed, the attached cluster lashes will also fall out.
-
Quality of Adhesive: The type and quality of adhesive used can affect the longevity of cluster lashes. High-quality adhesive tends to hold the clusters in place better and for a longer duration.
-
Lifestyle and Care: How well you take care of your cluster lashes can impact their longevity. Avoiding excessive moisture, oil-based makeup products, and rubbing your eyes can help them last longer.
How to get better lash longevity?
The wearing of lash clusters is kind of DIY progress, it may take some trial and error to find a perfect application method. This is normal for everybody to try some new skills, so please do not be worried or easily giving up. It's all about bonding, placement, fusing, and aftercare to achieve the desired longevity.
As a new beginner, we recommend a one-day wearing only for the day for at least your first 2-3 applications before you try to sleep with it. This allows you the opportunity to learn how to use the bonds, and place the lash segments. You can manage well after 2-3 days practice and adjustment.
Tips for new users:
•Set everything with a mirror.
•Make in mind of the lash mapping for your application.
•Apply thin coats of Veyesbeauty lash bond and make sure each layer to get tacky, place 1-2mm away from your eyeline.
•Fuse the lashes to secure them at their base.
•Wait 3-5 min to allow your bond to dry, then apply the Sealer to lock it.
•Wait 24 hours to shower.
