1. Choose the Right Lashes

You might wonder — are there lashes made for sports?

The answer: not exactly, but choosing the right type makes all the difference.

During exercise, your face moves a lot and tends to sweat, so it’s essential to use water-resistant and long-lasting lashes.

Avoid temporary stick-on or magnetic types, as they can easily come loose with sweat.

Instead, go for cluster lashes applied with long-hold adhesive, which gives better grip and flexibility during intense movement.

Selecting the right lash type is already half the success!

2. Apply Them the Right Way

Choosing long-lasting glue is a great start — but proper application is key!

Step-by-step guide:

Clean and dry your natural lashes thoroughly.

Apply a small, even amount of adhesive to both your false lash band and your natural lash line.

Wait about 30 seconds until the glue becomes tacky.

Attach the lash clusters about 1mm above the lash root, and press gently with tweezers.

Apply the seal to lock everything in place. Let it dry completely.

To ensure your lashes stay waterproof and last for a full week or more, remember:

  • Always apply on clean, dry natural lashes.
  • Don’t overuse glue.
  • Never stick the lashes directly onto your skin — that’s the easiest way to make them fall off!

3. Maintain Them Properly

To keep your lashes waterproof and long-lasting, daily care matters!

If your lashes get wet from sweat, clean and dry them as soon as possible to keep their shape.

Avoid oil-based makeup removers that can dissolve lash glue. Keep oil and residue off your lashes.

When washing your face or showering, don’t rub or pull your lashes.

Good maintenance ensures your lashes stay intact, soft, and flawless even through your toughest workouts.
