At first I absolutely loved these lashes! I still do but unfortunately they are making my real lashes fall out… and yes, I am using them correctly. I saw a couple comments on Facebook saying the same thing and the company replied " use coconut oil love " and I think that is very dismissive, if they’re making your lashes fall out stop using them! So yes, these are gorgeous, easy to use, and they last, but the sticky glue might make your lashes fall out so be careful. Hopefully this is not a common issue for customers but it’s a deal breaker for me. I will be trying magnetic lash strips and taking vitamins to hopefully replenish the lashes I’ve lost.

I love love love the lashes. I believe now I have almost every single set. I love switching them up. I do a different lash map and get so many compliments. Most of the time no one knows they aren’t real. I am so glad I tried them. Now I fell in love with them and the ease of putting them on.

The lashes I received are so light and airy and beautiful. I’ll be a forever customer. But the bond/seal in the kit is faulty. The seal wand broke after the second set and the bond is really chunky and the wand looks like it’s going to break at any moment. Please give me some way to get this fixed. Buying a new bond before I can even make it through a lot of lashes seems absurd. Thank you so much.

I love your lashes but extremely disappointed in the lash bond. First the brush broke and though it has always been secured tightly after using, is has dried out and I have all these lashes left but no lash bond to apply them.
